Though we are only a mile and a half away from the endless possibilities of Center City, Philadelphia, there is a lot in between that you may not know about! Guests often feel they need to travel into the heavy traffic of the city for a good meal, but less than a mile away from the Conwell Inn, there are other options to explore. One such option is the critically acclaimed Italian sensation, Osteria. With an Italian wine list exceeding 100 bottles, this is truly a fine dining experience, only minutes away. A little further down Broad Street are two brand new attractions, both opened in October of 2011. Vie, although not a walk-in restaurant, has become one of Philly’s largest and most elegant wedding destinations. Right next door is a restaurant called Route 6, a new Stephen Starr seafood classic. Themed to the stretch of seashore from Maryland to Maine, Route 6 takes its name from the length of highway that runs from Cape Cod all the way out to Provincetown, specializing in all the typical Atlantic coast cuisine.
